There are dog lovers, cat lovers, and all-kinds-of-pet lovers.
These furry family members have a special place in our heart. We
aim to treat them to the same level of top-tier luxury that we show
our human residents.
Our communities have incorporated off-leash dog parks for your K9’s
running & romping pleasure. Once they have had their fill of play
time, stop by our very own Pet Spaw to help them return to their
clean and fluffy selves.
Once a month, we host Yappy Hour where we treat dogs, as well as
their owners, to a little something extra. Occasionally, we will
host a Pet Adoption Event at several of our communities to give
shelter pets a new chance at life. At our last adoption event, over
30 animals went home to new families! We are proud of our
pet-friendly atmosphere, and we know both you and your furry
companion will feel perfectly at home.
A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a
signed Animal Addendum, a $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly
$20 Pet Rent per pet as specified on the addendum. There is no
weight limit; however, we have aggressive breed restrictions.
